GlamGirlGo: Adventures in Dublin, Ireland

M y first epic visit to Dublin, Ireland was for St. Patrick Day! It was jam packed with adventure with pub hopping, a parade and an impromptu singing battle with a Scottish soccer team. It was a hazy, crazy good time! I had so much fun, I returned with some of my best friends and a few hundred U2 fans for the epic concert and anniversary of the Joshua Tree album. We spent that visit on a misson to find Bono in his natural habitat. We used our hunt for the crooner as our excuse to explore as many local pubs and clubs as humanly possible from Dublin to Dalkey. In my search for the iconic singer, my friends and I discovered some really cool things to see and do in Dublin. Glam Girl Goes to: Australia

W hen Audi invited journalist Dorothy Tene Redmond to take a seven-day adventure through Australia, she jumped at the chance. Here’s what happens when a city girl is let loose in the Australian outback! Day 1: My 17+ hour flight from Los Angeles to Sydney, Australia, was relatively painless due to great wine and a cache of Amy Winehouse, Bebel Gilberto and Dwele cds to keep me occupied. Upon arrival a fleet of Audi A6 and Q7’s were waiting to greet our press group. We were whisked away to the fabulous Park Hyatt  hotel for an overnight stay with spectacular views of the famous Harbor Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Day 2: Our adventure started before dawn with a private flight to Kununurra, the heart of the Australian outback.  I hopped into a red A6 and set off for our first destination, the Emma Gorge Resort. I had to keep singing the hook from Beyonce’s Irreplaceable (“To the left, to the left…”) to remind my driving partner to stay on the proper side of the road.  Day
